The beginning and end of last Sunday's ride (Bryan and Fort Amanda) were places I had ridden to in previous years. In between was a completely new destination: Oquanoxa's Reservation in Paulding County, OH. The marker in the park at Charloe says: "Charloe -- Site of the Oquanoxa's Indian Reservation Before 1820." It was good to see a marker to commemorate Oquanoxa and his people, but I wasn't so sure where that 1820 date came from.
