Dang. That would have been difficult even for a champion nap-taker like President Taft. But if anyone could have done it in an hour's visit, he could have. Here's a Medscape article about Taft's hypersomnolence.

Sorry to disappoint you, but Taft arrived at Cape Girardeau at 6AM, visited the local college, gave a speech, planted a tree, accepted some apples and was back on his boat at 7AM.

I don’t think he managed to squeeze in a nap.
