This painting is a sketch for the one I did for the Garst Museum in Greenville, Ohio. They named Greenville the Treaty City because of the two treaties signed there. The first Treaty of 1795 was painted by Howard Chandler Christy, who inspired me to become a Historical painter.

I think that is what is neat about your site, that is you bring to life the History of these different places that most people are not familier with until they visit them as you do.</description>
